One of the highlights of the tour is the “Amtsschimmel”, a play on words that refers to the real horses ridden by officials, but in an abstract sense to bureaucracy. It can be admired in the form of a sculpture in Fürth town hall. Other highlights include the classicist architecture, prestigious conference room and the staircase. The building's history and ancestral paintings of Fürth personalities are explained. Rare artefacts on the way to the town hall tower provide insights into the city's history. Literally the high point of the tour is the view over the city from the Florentine-style tower.
