No two houses are the same here. There is a great variety of roof shapes, heights and styles.
Some of the spirit of older times still exists in Gustavstraße, once called Bauerngasse, which is now one of the prettiest streets in the city. The street was part of the old town centre and its houses date back to various different periods.
Those strolling along it take a walk through virtually the entire architectural history of Fürth. Nowadays the street is mainly famous for its pubs, so you could do worse than to follow the example of Gustav Adolf, the former King of Sweden and after whom the street is named, and treat yourself to some local hospitality in one of the many bars and restaurants.

Die Gustavstraße ist bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Steigen Sie einfach an der Haltestelle „Rathaus“ aus, die sowohl von U-Bahn- als auch von Buslinien bedient wird. Von dort aus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
