These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers, services, and deliveries of souvenirs purchased through the online shop of the Tourist Information Centre of the City of Fürth. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these GTC.

The purchase contract is concluded between the city of Fürth, represented by Mayor Dr. Thomas Jung, represented by Kathrin Kreß, Bahnhofplatz 9, 90762 Fürth, and the buyer.

- The order will be confirmed immediately after it has been submitted by means of an automatic email. This email confirmation constitutes the legally binding conclusion of the purchase contract.
